You send the item, the spec, the quantity and the delivery city. The sharper the spec, the sharper the price.

Quotation
We compare at least three factories. First price range within 24 hours, a firm quote with delivery terms in two to three days.

Contract
We lock the spec, price, delivery terms, lead time and acceptance procedure. Contract in English and Russian.

Deposit
Standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% after inspection. Negotiable for volume and for repeat orders.

Inspection
We visit the plant before loading. Photo and video report, measurements, marking and packing checks. You see the goods before they move.

Delivery
The Mongolian corridor, the full document set, attendance at the crossings, and cargo release in Ulan-Ude or Irkutsk.

Dao Wuxingbao is a trading company registered in Qingdao, Shandong province. We are not a factory and not a marketplace. We represent the buyer inside China: we find the manufacturer, negotiate, inspect, and move the cargo.
Two founders. Volo handles the Mongolian side, the corridor and the customer. Robert handles the Chinese side, the factories and production. The factory conversation happens in Chinese; yours happens in Russian or English.
How we make money, stated plainly: our margin is built into the quoted price. There is no separate commission on top — the price you see is the price.

What people ask before the first order
Are you a factory or a middleman?
A middleman, and we say so plainly. We are a trading company and the buyer's representative in China. A factory sells by the container and will not deal with your customs — we will. Our margin sits inside the quoted price; there is no separate fee.
What does the factory price include?
An EXW price includes Chinese VAT at 13% but excludes freight, export clearance, duties and destination-country taxes. We always show what is inside the number and what is not.
Which delivery terms do you work on?
EXW Qingdao, FOB Qingdao, DAP Ulan-Ude, DAP Irkutsk. If you need a different basis, tell us and we will price it.
What are the payment terms?
Standard is 30% on signing and 70% once you approve the inspection report. Negotiable for large volumes and repeat customers.
Is there a minimum order?
The factory sets the minimum, not us. We consolidate small lines — several items into one shipment — so you are not paying for half an empty truck.
How long does the cargo take?
Lead time is production at the plant plus the corridor leg. We quote both for your specific shipment. An average figure would be meaningless here; the spread is too wide.
